New Mexico Wedding | Bobby & Sarah

Adrovino’s Desert Crossing | New Mexico Wedding

I am so excited to blog about Bobby & Sarah’s lovely New Mexico Wedding!  I originally met Sarah when I photographed her sister Lily’s wedding in El Paso, Texas back in 2009. A year or so later I was in line at Chipotles in Las Vegas when I noticed Lily & Sarah sitting down.  I was scrambling through my phone to double check if that was “my bride” when Sarah taps me on the shoulder and asked if I photographed her sister’s wedding.  Sarah is an amazing hairstylist so she & I quickly became friends while we traded off wedding planning stories every few weeks while she tortured herself with my dreadful hair.

Fast forward to 2015, I flew into El Paso (by the New Mexico border) to photograph Sarah & Bobby’s amazing wedding. And seriously, it was amazing, beautiful and filled with so many sweet moments.  I’ll start off with some of the lovely details Sarah had.
New Mexico WeddingNew Mexico WeddingI met Bobby again after we drove to the ceremony site at Ardovino’s Desert Crossing.  It’s an absolutely beautiful venue…especially to shoot some fab. groom photos.  And btw, Bobby is easily one of the most happiest and excited groom’s that I have ever photographed.
New Mexico WeddingWe hid Bobby as Sarah arrived at the ceremony site.  And here she is: absolutely gaga-gorgeous and stunning.  New Mexico WeddingSarah & Bobby had a custom flower backdrop created for their reception for photo opts.  We snuck in a little early and I took more bridal shots of Sarah.  Seriously…whoever built this, thank you.New Mexico WeddingHere’s Sarah killing every single shot I took.New Mexico WeddingLegit.  Every single shot.New Mexico WeddingAnd then the ceremony begins with a lovely sun-kissed scene.  Sarah & Bobby couldn’t stop smiling and looking at one another.New Mexico WeddingSeriously, the best day ever for the new Mr. & Mrs!New Mexico WeddingNew Mexico WeddingNew Mexico WeddingAfter the ceremony, we started doing a few formals. New Mexico WeddingJust a sneak peak of the family & bridal party formals.  Lots of beautiful people.

New Mexico WeddingI’ll end this blog post with a few images from the dance floor.  Thank you Bobby & Sarah for letting me be part of your day.  You were absolutely gorgeous, your family & friends were amazing, and your story is one of a kind! New Mexico WeddingSpecial shout out to my second shooter Amanda Wolfe.  I’m so thankful you were there to help alleviate some of the workload during such a big beautiful event!
