Portland Portrait Photographer
Last weekend I have the pleasure to photograph my good friend Karah aroudn the Portland area. She’s been in Portland for about a year and a half and has decided to set sail and head back East so we thought a few photographs around the area was a great idea.
This flower child hipster wanted to stay close t o home so we started at a local rose garden right by her house. Karah made an amazing floral hair piece for our session out of flowers she picked the night before. Yes, she’s soo talented. We then drove down to the Waterfront and took a few more pictures while walking around the area.
As we drove back down to her neighboorhood Karah told me her next outfit was going to be a simple all white outfit. I loved the idea and we walked around until we found something as simple and clean as her outfit…well, maybe with a little taste of grit for contrast.
My creepy close approach to head shots sure had Karah thinking twice about photos. But I love them.We ended the session by picking up Karah’s newest family member, Lou. She’s had him for about 3 months now and this dog is her life! So Lou had a nice little walk along a park while I made high pitch noises to catch his attention for photos. It’s called a “win win.”Until next blog!
