I photographed Annistyn’s Portland senior session a few weeks ago at the Alberta Art District.
To be honest, I’ve always wanted to photograph in this area but most people choose a more wooded/natural environment in Oregon versus the more urban landscape. I gladly accepted Annistyn’s choice to photograph in the colorful district and arrived early to scope out the scene.

I loved the colorful murals within walking distance and the small nooks of color everywhere! The blue wall here, was only a few feet wide but it was a beautiful backdrop to Annistyn’s Portland senior portraits.

I’m so happy Annistyn was willing to stop and every little area I saw! I was like a kid in a candy store with so much variety to photograph in!

Check this little area. Such great neutral colors in a quiet corner for perfect backdrop!

And can we all just take a minute to take in how fierce Annistyn’s portraits are. She looks ready to take on the world!

I’m so infatuated with Annistyn’s headshots. Flawless! I don’t know how she’s decide which photo will go in the yearbook, but I sure hope she tells me!

And yet again, another small nook I loved. I love how steel looks with the white sweater and skin! The tones are so complimentary!

I’ll end this Portland senior portrait session with a few more photos of Annistyn in her last outfit. I absolutely loved how different tone of her outfits where compared to one another. She looked great and comfortable in all three and it absolutely showed in the photos!

Thank you so much Annistyn for letting me photograph your Portland senior session! I hope I captured just a little bit of your drive and personality!
Until next time friends. I leave you with a slideshow of Annistyn’s session.
